Position Title: Urologist Consultant
Location: Roorkee, Rudrapur, Bhilwara, Dhanbad

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Urologist Consultant to join our healthcare team. As a urologist consultant, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of conditions related to the urinary tract and male reproductive system. This includes diseases affecting the kidneys, bladder, prostate, urethra, and related structures. You will also perform surgeries, provide expert consultations, and work with a multidisciplinary team to offer comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Consultation: Conduct thorough assessments of patients with urological concerns, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests (e.g., urinalysis, imaging).
Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose conditions such as urinary tract infections (UTIs), kidney stones, bladder cancer, prostate enlargement, erectile dysfunction, incontinence, and other urological disorders.
Surgical Procedures: Perform surgical interventions for various urological conditions, including prostatectomies, kidney stone removal, and treatment of bladder dysfunction.
Minimally Invasive Techniques: Use minimally invasive techniques, such as laparoscopic and robotic surgeries, for various procedures.
Patient Education: Provide patients with information on urological health, treatment options, and preventive care, including lifestyle adjustments and self-care strategies.
Follow-up Care: Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring patients are recovering well and treatment goals are met.
Collaboration: Work closely with other specialists, nursing staff, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care, particularly for complex or multi-disciplinary cases.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
Research and Development: Stay informed on the latest advancements in urology and contribute to research and clinical trials, if applicable.
Skills Required
Medical Degree: MCH or DNB with specialization in Urology.
Board Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in urology.
Licensure: Must have a valid medical license to practice in [Insert state/country].
Surgical Expertise: Experience in performing a wide range of urological surgeries, including minimally invasive and robotic procedures.
Clinical Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in diagnosing and treating urological disorders, including male reproductive health.
