🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Perform SICS & Phaco Cataract Surgeries independently
• Diagnose and treat ophthalmic disorders
• Manage OPD & IPD patients
• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations
• Ensure high standards of patient care and surgical outcomes

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
• MBBS + MS / DNB Ophthalmology
• Valid NMC / State Medical Council Registration
• Experience in SICS & Phaco surgeries is mandatory
• Strong clinical and surgical skills preferred
