🔹 Consultant Pediatrician – Full-Time

🎓 QUALIFICATION:
• MD / DNB Pediatrics

👥 EXISTING PEDIATRIC TEAM:
• Around 8–10 Pediatricians are already working at the hospital

⏰ WORKING HOURS:
• 8 Hours Only
• Rotational Duty as per Hospital Schedule
• No Separate Emergency Duty Apart from Assigned Duty Hours

💰 SALARY PACKAGE:
🔹 Freshers: ₹1 Lakh – ₹1.5 Lakh Per Month
🔹 Experienced Doctors: Up to ₹1.5 Lakh Per Month
⭐ Salary depends on experience and clinical expertise

👨‍⚕️ JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are urgently hiring qualified Pediatricians for Ankur Superspeciality Children Hospital, a 60-bedded hospital dedicated exclusively to pediatric care in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Around 8–10 Pediatricians are already working at the hospital, providing a collaborative and established pediatric care environment.

The position involves only 8 hours of rotational duty as per the hospital schedule, with no separate emergency duty outside the assigned working hours.

🔍 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Diagnose and manage pediatric patients
• Conduct pediatric OPD consultations
• Manage IPD pediatric cases
• Handle routine pediatric cases during assigned duty hours
• Monitor child growth and development
• Provide appropriate treatment and follow-up care
• Coordinate with the existing pediatric team
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure quality patient care and safety standards
